Higher Mathematics
Zeta Maths Higher Mathematics is a comprehensive resource for teachers and learners of Higher Mathematics. As Higher Mathematics is a difficult subject for many learners, our aim was to produce a resource that would make the course more accessible. Each exercise practices one skill with increasing difficulty through the exercise. This allows learners to develop confidence in their learning, at a pace they can manage – one skill at a time.
We strive to keep our costs as low as possible and the printed version of this book, containing almost 330 pages is one of the most affordable Higher books available for schools. This book is printed in Scotland to the highest quality and is available in both print and eBook format. See a sample below.
More Information
This book is a comprehensive and accessible resource for teachers and learners of Higher Mathematics. Like our other books, the content is laid out clearly and understandably. We have given minimal space to teaching and explanation to provide maximum space for practice and learner development. Each skill develops slowly and progressively from easier to more difficult questions. We have included many of the prerequisite National 5 Mathematics skills to provide reinforcement of prior learning.
Each chapter of the book is colour-coded by mathematical skill: algebraic, geometric, trigonometric and calculus. Each skill is developed individually, allowing schools to use the resource in any order. Every exercise is uniquely numbered, making navigation through the book straightforward.
